The Pula Approach

The Pula Group, LLC has four subsidiaries, the newly formed Pula Group Mozambique (PGM), Pula Kahama Gold Partnership, Pula Group Tanzania (PGT) and Pula Graphite Partners (PGP) registered in the United Republic of Tanzania to engage in the exploration and development of gold, graphite, and other mineral deposits in highly prospective, under-explored areas. Yale-trained Dr. Kenneth Jennings is the Chief Geologist for Pula Group.

The Pula Group is set apart by an innovative approach to expediting the most critical stages of mining exploration in emerging markets. This approach involves due diligence in license acquisition, strong government relationships and localized community development; all of which we believe provides a competitive and sustainable advantage for our company.

Licenses and Location

The Pula Group presently holds varying licenses issued by

the Tanzanian Ministry of Energy and Minerals to prospect for gold and graphite. One group of licenses is in the

Kahama region and the others are in Tanzania's Graphite Belt.

In June 2021, Pula and G.M. & Company agreed to form a joint venture to conduct exploration in the Kahama region of Tanzania, an area highly prospective for gold. The Kahama site is approximately 8 km from Barrick's Bulyanhulu gold mine.

Pula's four graphite licenses are in Tanzania's rich Graphite Belt, which is among the world's richest in quality and quantity. Pula's priority graphite project is in the Ruangwa District in the Lindi Region. A second drilling exercise was completed in Q3 2023. The updated CPR commissioned for the second drilling exercise indicates that there is nearly 145 million tonnes of measured, indicated, and inferred resource. The CPR was done by DMT, a German company founded in 1737, that has evaluated and advised on projects in more than 150 countries around the world. The updated profile establishes Pula’s Ruangwa Project as one of the top 10 graphite projects in the world, based on MINING.COM’s 2023 global rankings. The Project currently has a third-party valuation of more than $160 million, which is a 50% increase in the valuation after the drilling exercises completed in 2017.

According to the East African Newspaper graphite finds in this region should result in Tanzania becoming the world's second largest largest producer of the commodity in the world. The company intends to acquire additional licenses to pursue a diverse range of mineral opportunities throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.
